The company's experienced trainers offer two types of training programmes: a 3-day open-course and a 2-day customised training package.

  • 3-day residential Master Class on Local Content, for the Oil, Gas and Mining sectors, for Government regulators and public policy makers, international and national extractive companies and associated major contractors and suppliers. (See details below)
  • 2-day confidential training programme for individual clients, covering the same themes as the open programme, but tailored to the client's specific interests and procedures

Local content scenario The Course includes economic modelling to 'optimise' Local Content; and hands-on evaluation of Local Content within a contract tender.

This three day Master Class imparts skills for effective management of Local Content in the supply chains of oil, gas and mining companies operating in emerging markets.

Led by Dr Michael Warner, architect of the Local Content standards and procurement processes of a major international oil and gas company, with support from specialists and guest speakers, the Master Class provides practical tools, hands-on experience and best practices in the fast-growing discipline of Local Content management.

The core skill sets are brought together in a residential learning environment, enriched by interaction between practitioners from companies, regulators and international contractors.
